Lone Star Camaro Club This year we have an exciting event at the Memorial. On September 11th members of the Lone Star Camaro Club will gather at the Memorial Site to honor Our Heroes and to witness the laying of a Memorial Brick the club has purchased. Fifty to eighty cars are expected. There will be a group photo taken of the cars at the Memorial. Grapevine police and fire departments will later escort the cars to the Texas Motor Speedway where they will take part in the Laps for Charity Event. This event scheduled for around 2PM adds to an expected large turnout to honor Our Heroes.The club has also taken an interest in supporting the installation of new lighting at the Memorial which is estimated to cost around $3500.  If you are interested in Camaros old or new this is a special treat.
